GOVERNMANTAL ENDORSEMENT

All necessary approvals, permits and licenses required for the expeditions including;

a. Sailing and shifting permit if applicable

b. Permission to dive if applicable
• War Grave Commission
• Land Authorities
• Territorial Waters regulations

c. Documentation permit
• Photograph, film
• Model
• Copyright

SUPPORT FROM RESPECTIVE AUTHORITIES

a. Approval of Embassy or Naval Attaché if applicable for activities. Assignment to accompany expedition, as observer is a great plus.

b. Customs clearance for all expedition equipment that accompanies the vessel, transport or team members.

c. Airlines support for complimentary ticket

d. Museum co-operation in information and assistance to local regulation on documentation of artefacts if applicable.

e. Local maritime authority to issue a letter of safe passage, requesting all other local authorities and agencies to allow smooth passage and assistance.

  
 
 

INFORMATION, LITERATURE, ETC.

a. Museums and Marine or National Parks Authorities or agencies from which information and literature can be obtained.

b. Individuals with research information or materials that relates to the subject matter directly or indirectly.

  
 
 

 

 


c. Survivors or witness of events related to the subject matter concerned.

d. All legal issues, laws, regulations, decrees, gazette notifications and any other proclamations relating to the expedition activities in any way. All such materials in English is required.


MANPOWER

a. Operation volunteers and professional support personnel such as divers, marine biologist, geologist, historians, scientist, surveyors etc.

b. Documentation assistant such as journalist, photographers and videographers.

c. Other useful manpower that can contribute to the expedition concerned.


SAFETY AND SECURITY

a. Logistic and stand-by support for search and rescue services, evacuation and transportation. Availability and accessibility to hyperbaric chambers, hospitals and others to be provided.


SPONSORSHIP

a. Sponsorship in financing or in kind.

b. Other general support, assistance and help such as logistic, supplies and all that may be practical.
